Request for Expressions of Interest
The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan is pleased to invite interested Expression of Interest for the conduct of audiovisual training with course content on the following course. As per the JICA’s existing norms, the interested bidders are requested to submit duly filled Preliminary BoQ with Reference Price. Based on this Reference Price, JICA Office Bhutan will seek approval from JICA HQ of Tokyo. Once approved, JICA Office Bhutan will then invite tender for the Final Bidding Price.
TRAINING FOR THE AUDIO-VISUAL TEAM

REMARKS:
- The training cost should be inclusive of working lunch, tea and snacks (morning & evening), and certificates
- All these training should be hands-on practical conducted by your professionals at your institute
- Attach detailed course contents
- No advance payment will be made by the JICA

Bid must be submitted to procurement officer, KGUMSB in a sealed envelope bid addressed to The Chief Representative, JICA, Bhutan Office latest by 5th August 2021 before 11:00 A.M and will be opened at 11:30 A.M on the same day.
