The applicants mentioned above should report to KGUMSB with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:
- Original academic transcripts and certificates
- Valid Security Clearance Certificate
- Valid Audit Clearance Certificate.
For those who are not eligible for Audit Clearance, need to submit No Due Certificate/ Letter signed by the Head of the Agency, if employed.
- Citizenship Identity Card – Original
- No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer, if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants)
- If employed, documentary evidence of the current position level.
- The selection process will be as per the following schedule:
- Verification of Original Documents (For both the posts)
- Time: 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
- Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB
- Date: 1st May 2023
b) (i) Written Exam (For both the posts)
- Time: 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
- Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB
- Date: 1st May 2023
- Written Examination will be assessed out of 100 marks
- The result for written examination will be uploaded in the KGUMSB website (www.kgumsb.edu.bt) by 1PM on the same day
- An applicant must secure a minimum of 60% in written examination to qualify for the viva voce.
- Viva Voce
For all both the positions if qualified for Viva Voce
- Time: 2:00 PM onwards
- Venue: Conference Hall, KGUMSB
- Date: 1st May 2023
- Viva voce will be assessed out of 100 marks
- Final calculation of marks (100%):
- Written Exam will be assessed out of 50%
- Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%
- Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%
An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next applicant.
