ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ADMISSION TO TWO YEARS INSERVICE PROGRAM

BSc in Nursing and Midwifery AND Bachelor of Public Health July 2026 Intake

Faculty of Nursing and Public Health, Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan is pleased to announce application for admission to the two-year in-service (Self-Funding) for the following courses.

  1. BSc. in Nursing and Midwifery (BScNM)- 25 Slots
  2. Bachelor of Public Health (BPH)- 30 Slots

Eligibility:

  1. Fulfill in-service training criteria as per BCSR 2023
  2. Completed Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery for BScNM
  3. Completed HA/DCH/EMR/Nursing/Medical Technicians/Traditional medicine course for BPH

3.   Registered with Medical and Health Professional Council, BQPCA

  2. Submit all the required documents to info@fnph.edu.bt on or before 2nd March 2026

Shortlisted candidates and selection date will be announced on 16th March 2026. A selection examination and/or interview may be held if deemed necessary. There must be a minimum of FIVE candidates in each program for the course to commence.

Fees:

  1. Tuition Fees: Nu. 1,15,320 (One Lakh Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty only) per year payable in two installments at the beginning of each semester with 3% annual increment.
  2. Registration fee (non-refundable): Nu. 1000 (one thousand only) at the time of admission.
  3. Student Welfare Fund (non-refundable): Nu. 1000 (One thousand only) for 2 years.
  4. Security deposit (refundable): Nu. 2500 (two thousand and five hundred only).
  5. Any other expenses incurred during the course of the study should be met by the students themselves.

Documents to be submitted:

  1. Filled admission form
  2. Copy of Citizenship ID Card
  3. Copy of MHPC Registration Certificate
  4. Copy of Academic Certificate and Transcript
  5. No Objection Letter from the Employer, if employed
