The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the shortlisted applicant, Assistant/ Associate Professor, (International Faculty for Acupuncture and Moxibustion), Faculty of Traditional Medicine for the selection examination, as follows:

The selection process will be as per the following schedule:

• Presentation 
  • Time: 10:00 A.M to 11:00 A.M  onwards (Bhutan Time)
  • Date: 10^th March 2026 
    •  Further details on the presentation and the viva voce will be communicated through email to the individual candidates considering the time difference. The question for the Presentation will be sent to the candidate via email 5 minutes before the preparation time. 
  • Time allotment is as follows:
    • One hour – For preparation of presentation 
    • 10 minutes – Presentation 
    • 20 minutes – Question and Answer Round (Viva Voce included)
• Viva Voce
  • Time: 11:15 A.M Onwards 
  • Venue: Online via Zoom
  • Date:  10^th March 2026 
  • Viva voce will be assessed out of 100 marks 
    • The zoom link will be shared to the candidates along with the details on allotted timeframe, one day before the viva voce. 
• Final calculation of marks(100%):
  • Presentation will be assessed out of 50%  
  • Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%
  • Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%
